1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the l3334 platform available at https://l3334.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an account. l3334 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming features on l3334, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and payment method details — is true, accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on l3334. Where duplicate accounts are detected, l3334 will close all but the original account and may void any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts.

l3334 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, confirm player identity, and verify age. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or a third party who has accessed your account with or without your permission — is your sole responsibility. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l3334 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). l3334 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All payment methods available to you will be displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your l3334 account within 30 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction.
• l3334 does not charge any platform-side fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which l3334 bears no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and have passed KYC. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, subject to that method's availability.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• l3334 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on your mobile wallet provider's processing times.
• l3334 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals of unusually large amounts or in cases where account activity appears irregular.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

l3334 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page or communicated to players via the platform notifications or support team. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified l3334 account and meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) and must be completed within the time limit specified. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot contributions are typically 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%-20%). The exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — constitutes bonus abuse. l3334 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings, recover any withdrawn amounts equivalent to the bonus value, and permanently close the player's account where bonus abuse is detected.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on l3334, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of lawful, personal entertainment. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with any bet placed on l3334.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, KYC, or bonus applications.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion periods, by opening new accounts.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward l3334 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Sharing account access credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account on your behalf.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from l3334. Where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence, l3334 may refer the matter to law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the l3334 Platform — including but not limited to the l3334 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game graphics, text, audio, video, data compilations, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of l3334 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any l3334 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the l3334 brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property for commercial purposes, including affiliate marketing, without a written agreement with l3334.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application without express written permission.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by l3334 and its licensors. Unauthorised use of l3334's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your l3334 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing the closure, l3334 will confirm your identity, settle any pending bets, and arrange withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by l3334

l3334 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Detection of a duplicate account
• Providing false registration information
• Account belonging to a person under 18 years of age
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling the Company to restrict access

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, l3334 may withhold part or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal conduct, balances may be forfeited entirely.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months via the account settings or by contacting support. During the self-exclusion period, l3334 will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the excluded player cannot open a new account. 9 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of real-money funds through normal gambling activity, which inherently carries financial risk accepted by the player
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside l3334's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Game outcomes, including any claim that a game result was erroneous (subject to the outcome of a formal dispute process)
• Loss of data, winnings, or account progress due to force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental actions, or cyberattacks

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

l3334 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, l3334 will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via platform notification or email.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 above.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
